The Role
Reporting to management, the Accommodation Director ensures the quality and consistency of the guest experience across the entire Coolbox network. Visionary and organized, this person manages operations, develops accommodation standards, and maintains strong relationships with our partners throughout Quebec.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accommodation operations across all Coolbox partner sites
Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience by working closely with local teams
Develop and update operational procedures and standards (guest reception, maintenance, communication, stay quality)
Coordinate management of cleaning, maintenance, and on-site service contracts
Analyze performance indicators (occupancy, guest satisfaction, revenue, incidents) and recommend continuous improvements
Participate in seasonal and logistical operations planning (openings, closures, unit installations)
Collaborate with management on new offers and product innovations to enhance the Coolbox experience
Desired Profile
Degree in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or related field
Significant experience managing accommodations or multi-site operations
Strong planning, organizational, and customer service skills
Collaborative leadership, hands-on approach, and excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and performance tracking ability
Strong interest in the outdoors, sustainable tourism, and immersive experiences
